Meet The Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month for June 2024 - Audrey J.!
With apologies to the Fresh Prince, West is not the only part of Philadelphia where stars can be found. The proof is the Philly Temps & Perm Employee of the Month, because Audrey J. is North Philadelphia born and raised, and she is without question a star.
We were not surprised to find out that Audrey has a creative side to her, because artists tend to understand how expressing yourself almost always leads to where you are supposed to be, even sometimes when you thought you were on a different path.
Expressing herself has left a lasting impression on our team and on each client and coworker Audrey has gotten to work with.
We were not the first Temp Agency Audrey found but we are glad the others did not notice what a star she is.

Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?
Audrey J. (AJ): I’ve lived in Philadelphia all my life really. Born and raised in the north part of the city!
PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?
AJ: Prior to working with Philly Temps, I had work experience with a different temp agency that operated a bit differently, but I could definitely say Philly Temps has been an amazing and more nuanced experience.
PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?
AJ : I heard about Philly Temps after searching for a job specific to my experiences. Initially applying for career growth; and then getting the chance to learn more about the company through interviews let me know how great a fit Philly Temps would be.
PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.
AJ: My most memorable experience I think would be the gratitude and attentiveness that Philly Temps has shown it’s employees. That is something that is often overlooked and I think in my short time with Philly Temps, so far, I have seen nothing but positives!
PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
AJ: Outside of work I like to get more creative with drawing, painting and gardening when I have the time.
PT: What are your long-term career goals?
AJ: Long term, career wise, I want comfortability. A profession that would be hard work, but enriching and beneficial; to myself and others.
PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?
AJ: The advice I can give to prospective candidates is to put trust into the recruiters. I believe that Philly Temp recruiters 100% want to find the perfect fit for candidates JUST as much as candidates want the opportunity. I know the anticipation behind interviews or temping in a new place! Everything works out, and there is no growth without at least believing or trying.
