Our History

Philly Temps & Perm was started in 1999 when Christine Faville, the founding member of the firm, had worked at several National Staffing Firms.  She was frustrated at the level of service her clients were receiving and decided to create an agency with higher standards and a superior level of service.  This extraordinary level of service remains in place to this day.
