Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?    

Demetria T. (DT): I was born in PA and grew up in Chestnut Hill area. 

PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?  

DT: : My background is in events & hospitality. 

PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?   

DT: Just a web search for a temp agency after moving back to the city. 

PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.

DT:  Working at a place I love for the past 15 months when I was originally just covering for 1 week.

PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop?

DT: Shoutout S-Mart in Chinatown

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?  

DT: I love reading and gardening. 

PT: What are your long-term career goals?

DT: I would enjoy being involved in work place experience management and having a bit of both events and hospitality wrapped into one. 

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?

DT: Take advantage of the opportunities to learn new skills before you’re tied down to a singular career, or even if you’re in between.
