Ameen P. carries himself with a quiet dignity that is not often seen in people his age. That is part of the reason that we have chosen him as Philly Temps & Perm Employee for the Month for August 2019.

We also considered the 135 assignments he has completed. 135 times he has represented Philly Temps, Philadelphia and himself with respect and professionalism while remaining flexible and positive.

If the name Ameen P. Sounds familiar, it’s because his Father, Ameen SR, held the EOM title in December of 2014. This apple does not fall from the tree when it comes to a great work ethic, however Ameen does not live in his Father’s shadow. He has used his creativity and focus to forge his own path.

Philly Temps (PT): How long have you lived in the Philadelphia, PA area?

Ameen P. (AP) 23 Years PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?

AP:  Student Intern for the School District of Philadelphia

PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps? 

AP: My Father also works for the company.

PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.

AP: Getting lost my first two days on the job.

PT: What are your long-term career goals?

AP: I want to own a clothing store.

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

AP: I am a Graphic Designer with my own clothing brand, I also write articles, and make YouTube videos.

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?

AP: Don't take everything seriously and just have a good time. It can be a fun environment to work in.
