May 2025 Employee of the Month!

May we introduce the Employee of the Month

Having a background in real Estate makes Chaize F. aware that location is everything and because she was in the right place at the right time, Philly Temps was lucky enough to bring her on board. Now now she is in the Employee Spotlight for May, 2025.

This Philadelphia native is the embodiment of ‘keep calm and carry on’, although Chaize adds a touch of ‘cool’ to the equation.

Chaize realizes a good resume is a product to be presented to clients as a potential asset to their team. She easily translates her work experience to a tangible and creative avenue for success, specific to the needs of each assignment.  

Perhaps the most impressive is that Chaize, while admitting she is still figuring out the next steps of her career, has an almost laser focus on what she can learn and what she can teach in any interaction. We wish everyone could open their minds to that duality and we are thrilled to be able to witness it.

Chaize F. (CF): All my life.

PT: What was your work experience prior to working with Philly Temps?

CF: Real estate sales and property management—about 15 years.

PT: How did you hear about Philly Temps?

CF: A Google search.

PT: Please share your most memorable experience working for Philly Temps.

CF: Nothing specific stands out, but I’ve appreciated the variety of opportunities.

PT: Do you have a favorite local place to shop/visit?

CF: I just enjoy nice spaces with good people.

PT: What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

CF: Dancing and frolicking with loved ones.

PT: What are your long-term career goals?

CF: Still figuring it out.

PT: What advice can you give to prospective candidates that want to work with Philly Temps?

CF: Stay open, do your best, and take care of yourself.
